Here I am again. Rod’n’Roll.

I was like dead. I know. I am so sorry!
But now I am back! With something special for you!

I made my first video.
But let´s start at the beginning.

My motor is now at the engineer which brings all the things back in tolerance and makes the head and block able to spit out more power if there are the right components inside.

So i ordered some parts!
I will start a little series about my new parts and parts which are incoming now.

And i will start with… dum dum dum daaaaa.

Connecting Rods – H-Beam Rods.

Everybody in this whole world would tell you „do not save money at the rods“. Yeah, you are right – I did.

First i ordered some „hyped“ Rods for around 500€. They were delivered and the typical carparts-moment kicked in until I opened the box. Wow dude, that was the worst shit i have ever seen in my life – but you can get an opinion yourselves:

Of course i did not keep them. I was furious. I mean what the fuck 500 bugs for this shit? You even can see the material is not even close to the promised forged 4340 EN24 Chrome Moly Steel. Quick said: I sent them back, got my money back and ordered other rods.

I ordered rods for 208€. Less than half the price and they look so much better. They are in so much better quality! And I am happy with them. The engine-engineer said that they are cheap in price but they are in decent quality and the measurements are almost perfect.
